Private Party Policy

Reservation: A $100 deposit is required to hold your date. This deposit is applied to your final invoice.

Guest Count: We welcome groups from 6 to 16 guests. You do not need to provide a final headcount in advance as long as your group size falls within that range. If fewer than 6 guests attend, you will still be billed for 6 guests minimum.

Cancellation:

  • 7+ days before: Full refund of the deposit

  • 2–6 days before: Deposit becomes credit toward a future class

  • Within 24 hours: Deposit is forfeited

Food & Beverage: Outside snacks and beverages are welcome. Please drink responsibly.

Private Event Duration: Private events typically run 1.5–2.5 hours depending on your group size.

Can We Bring Our Own Food and Wine?

Yes, Please Bring your own food and wine. We won't be able to provide fancy glass ware but we will have paper or plastic ware available for your use.

Will I get to Leave with My Candle

Candles will take up to 3 hours to set. We recommend grabbing a cocktail at one of the many nearby eateries and returning for your candle a few hours after the class.
